Applicant Requirements
Sandy Adams Properties manages several properties throughout the bay area. In an effort to be consistent and serve all applicants fairly, our company has set forth the following guidelines:
- Applicants must have a total household income of more than three times the rent.
- All income must be verifiable. Please provide copies of your two most recent paycheck stubs with your application.
- Self-employed applicants must submit copies of their last two bank statements.
- Anyone 18 years of age or older must fill out an application.
- There is an application fee of $30 per adult. Applications submitted without the required fee will not be processed.
- Prior to move-in, all applicants will be asked to show a government issued photo I.D. such as a driver's license or passport.
- Applications are processed promptly, as they are received.
